WORLD AQUATICS JUNIOR ARTISTIC SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026
Serving as Health Care Lead for the World Aquatics Junior Artistic Swimming Championships in Budapest, Hungary, I worked closely with the world's junior artistic swimmers to support recovery, injury management, and performance throughout the competition. Budapest has long been a hub for major aquatics events, and it was a privilege to help these young athletes stay in good condition to represent their countries on the world stage.

WORLD AQUATICS ARTISTIC SWIMMING WORLD CUP SUPER FINAL 2026
Serving as Chief Medical Officer for the World Aquatics Artistic Swimming World Cup Super Final in Toronto, I worked closely with athletes from around the world to support recovery, injury management, and performance throughout the competition days. Having this global event come home to Toronto for the first time made it especially meaningful to contribute alongside such dedicated athletes and coaches.
World Aquatics Youth Artistic Swimming Championships 2025
Providing chiropractic care for Team Canada at the World Aquatics Youth Artistic Swimming Championships in Athens, Greece, where 37 countries competed, I work closely with the nation's youth artistic swimmers to support recovery, support injury management, and support performance throughout the competition. This international event brings together talented young athletes from around the globe, and it's a privilege to help Team Canada maintain optimal physical condition so they can focus on performing their best and proudly representing the country on the world stage.
BWF Badminton World Federation YONEX Canada Open 2025
Honoured to serve as on-site chiropractic support for the BWF YONEX Canadian Open 2025, providing performance support, recovery treatments, and injury management for top-level badminton athletes from around the world. Over 200 players from 29 countries competed, including USA, Denmark, Japan, Taiwan, and India. Grateful for the opportunity to help players stay strong and reach their performance goals through evidence-based, hands-on care.

Ontario Artistic Swimming JOLYN Invitational & Masters Provincial Championships 2025
Honoured to provide volunteer chiropractic care for the Canadian International School of Beijing at the 2025 Ontario Artistic Swimming JOLYN Invitational & Masters Provincial Championships. Grateful to support these young athletes in performance and recovery — and thrilled to see their hard work rewarded with two bronze medals in the Open Combination and 10 & Under Team events.
Team Ontario Artistic Swimming Training Camp
Providing chiropractic care for Team Ontario Artistic Swimming as they prepare for a competitive 2025 season, including SYNC in Calgary, the Canada Summer Games in St. John's, the Junior Pan Am Games in Asunción, and the World Aquatics Youth Championships in Athens. I work closely with athletes aged 11 to 18, delivering hands-on care to support recovery, support injury management, and support performance during training camps and competitions. It's a privilege to help these young athletes stay in strong condition as they represent Ontario on national and international stages.

Had the privilege of speaking on OMNI TV, Canada’s multicultural television network, with host Ellen Ma, featured on Focus Cantonese (9:30 p.m.) and Focus Mandarin (10:30 p.m.). We discussed back pain in students as the new school year approaches, sharing practical tips on managing discomfort through proper backpack use, maintaining good posture, and staying active.
